Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026
This privacy policy explains how STRETCH Group (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit stretchgroup.be or contact us through it. We are the data controller for that processing.
What we collect
We only collect what we need. When you use the contact form or send an open application, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, which company your message concerns, and the contents of your message.
When you browse the site we may also collect standard technical and usage data — such as device, browser and pages viewed — through cookies and similar technologies, but only to the extent you have consented. You can review and change your choices at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer.
Why we use it
We use the details you submit to answer your enquiry and to forward it to the group company that can help you (STRETCH, Stretch Sufit / Alto Design, Re-Sound or Stretch Metal). This processing is based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Where you have given consent, we use analytics technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is loaded with Google Consent Mode set to “denied” by default: until you accept analytics it sets no cookies, stores no identifiers and only sends cookieless, aggregated signals. Microsoft Clarity is only loaded after you accept analytics. Essential cookies needed to operate the site and to remember your cookie choice do not require consent.
Spam protection
To protect our forms against automated abuse we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving verification service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. It evaluates technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots and does not track you across sites. We also record technical details of form submissions, such as IP address and browser type, for the same purpose. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with the group company your enquiry concerns, and with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver messages — our hosting provider, our email provider and, where consented, our analytics providers — only as needed to perform those services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case appropriate safeguards apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Open applications are kept for a limited period unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Belgium this is the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
