(01)About STRETCH Group

One group,
four companies.

STRETCH Group grew out of one Belgian stretch-ceiling company into four: a stretch-ceiling maker in Belgium, a PVC factory in Poland, a circular-acoustics producer in Belgium and a metal workshop. Each keeps its own name and website; the group connects them.

(02)Our story

From one company to four.

STRETCH Group grew out of one company. In 2018 Michael Nicasens founded Stretch Productions BV — STRETCH — in Beveren-Waas, Belgium, with a clear goal: build a stretch-ceiling brand that produces its own system and promotes and sells it through a worldwide dealer network — so that existing interior businesses can add a product with real margin. The first sales employee joined at the end of that year; the first admin and warehouse employee followed in 2019.

In 2019 the company invested heavily in automation, building its own roll-handling machine that cuts every stretch ceiling automatically and makes the work safer. When COVID hit in 2020, STRETCH kept investing and growing. A Belgian PVC production unit, opened in 2021, proved financially too heavy and was later stopped; the Austrian sales office, opened in 2022, had a tough start and is paying off today.

In 2024 STRETCH bought Alto Design, a PVC stretch-ceiling factory in Częstochowa, Poland, which produced at roughly a third of the Belgian cost. It boosted STRETCH and opened the Eastern European market. At the end of 2025 the group acquired Re-Sound, a Belgian producer of acoustic panels, to broaden the range into acoustics. In 2026 the group opened its own metal workshop, Stretch Metal: structures in every kind of metal, from the metal ceilings at Spa-Francorchamps to balustrades, hall structures, generator panels and stainless-steel kitchen elements.

The goal for 2027 is to use the synergies of the four companies through the existing dealer network: become more densely present in the markets the group already serves, and grow the footprint from there. Each company keeps its own brand and website:
